Neopoly - Online Games

The Fund Challenge is a stock exchange game for employees of Allianz Global Investors, designed for the company-owned intranet.

3000 internationally active employees get together as teams (with up to five members) and administrate a portfolio of share funds. One of the players is the team leader, he does the transactions. The other team members have complete access to all available information (share values, charts) and can communicate via a team board.

The project‘s aim is to playfully deal with share funds as well as the enhancement of internal communication within the company and the consolidation of teams.

The game has been realized completely in English and was played by participants around the globe.
